The Affiliated Bank "Bank Saderat Iran" (hereinafter "the Bank") is a joint-stock company , registered in Tashkent ,Uzbekistan.The Bank's activity is regulated by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan (CBU),and it obtained the License#2-D of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in August 26,1999.The main activity of the Bank is providing banking services to legal entities and individuals in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan,100% of shares of the authorized capital belong to the Head office "Bank Saderat Iran".
